I downloaded it, but the NWN2 placables do not show up =[ any suggestions on how to fix this?...

I just now read your modified post... it didn't mention asking for help when I last read it. XD
When are they not showing up? In the toolset or when you're playing one of the CEP mods?
The proper arrangement of the haks is kind of difficult to determine since they have multiple listings that contradict eachother. They should be like this:
