I vote Kybshe, because although Andor is a good idea I can't see it working when the server population increases. Andor is also a good idea, but will require heavy scripting. Both Andor and Andor are just plain dumb, I'm sorry, but those do not need to be balanced. Not enough people play the classes that use Andor/Andor in order for that to be a factor.
Also I've never heard of Andor :/
