Reading previous posts about how certain deities were barred from “physically” aiding their followers. Only being able to aid them through the granting of spells. But did you only mean that deities single Aspect? In dungeons and dragons as well as the history of our own world gods and goddess were referred to differently depending on the region and country, sometimes giving them a different aspect, even if it was the same Deity. The Drow Goddess Lolth has several Aspects. Some with different names, some the same Names, Lolth in the forgotten realms is the same as Lolth in Greyhawk, they are both the same goddess. Also the migration of Gods into planes of existence and dimensions is another thing to consider. According to some Lore the Forgotten realms god Oghma had actually migrated from (supposedly) our world. Oghma en.wikipedia.org/wiki/OgmiosIts safe to say however that the Aspect known as Ogmios and several others died out from lack of worship and as the Christian faith rolled into all parts of Europe. Would it be possible That Odin could Migrate into this servers setting? Under the guise of some aspect? Or the grey hawk god Nurgle to do the same? I made this TL;DR because I was unsure if the rules simply said that specific name and aspect or the deity as a whole…

It was to my understanding that not all settings had the same deities even if they were different aspects. In Sotu though, there are similar deities to other settings. Aker, for example, is largely based off of Kelemvor in FR and an old Egyptian god from our world. It is possible to migrate deities but what for? The deities that were chosen for SotU cover nearly every aspect of the pantheon, if a few not revealed yet, and each playing an important role in the setting.

I think the only things that wern't covered were magic and time... but that was intentional.
