Post up prestige class ideas and how they may be implemented into the setting. Lotus Disciple Might make a good Imperial spy or an agent part of the Disciples of Azrael.

Witch-Doctor, Warlock, some kind of ritual magician. Long casting spells that involve components, and producing placeables like pentagrams on the ground to cause bigger effects. An example would be creating that "magical pathway" floor rune placeable, putting some candles on it. Lighting the candles in a certain order while chanting to curse another PC
Totem Warrior, requires levels in Barbarian. Adds the ability to call on certain animal totems and summon abilities (act like combat stances). So a "Great North Bear" Totem Power will shoot up strength, and add combat ability.
Shaman, for Barbarians or Druids. Add various healing abilities not directly magical. Able to cast spirits to aid in combat as summoned creatures.

Non-magical healer class of some sort. For future things (as discussed).

I put this out on another server that was making classes..but he was working on new base classes. Anyway I'm not sure how it'd really fit in the lore but I look at this and think fondly of my time in this one MMO and just in awe of the concept. I'd imagine though in game the best thing a sacrier could be would be a cultist of some kind. Based off the MMO class Sacrier dofuswiki.wikia.com/wiki/SacrierThe idea is an armorless, potentially fist only class with extremely high HP and only HP as it's good skill in present state. In order to gain abilities outside of good Constitution it would use spell-like feats called 'punishments' which increase an ability over time as the Sacrier takes damage. In Dofus also it has the ability to manipulate the position of enemies and allies alike since it's turned base but I'm not entirely sure how to imitate that or what to replace with; perhaps giving it some damage reduction like Barbs get as long as there are some feats that motivate players to take high CON. It would serve as the HP tank class or a class which suicidal methods turn into profit. Update: Nezzed One just gave me a great idea. You know how the only ranged prestige class is Arcane Archer? Could make a Gun version like Gunslinger. I never really liked in PvM or PvP the idea of those guns they just aren't that worthwhile and I never figured out if Rapid Reload applied to them or not, but that Reload Feat probably would say no. Perhaps the Gunslinger can auto-reload his weapons AND get combat feats while using a gun such as Knockdown or disarm (especially disarm, that would be cool) Another fun idea would be something like Eldritch Knight for Spellswords, either making it like Pale Master with bonus spells every odd level(which I prefer since the other option would make arcane users better than clerics by a shit load probably or better yet! make it so lvl 1 gives a bonus spell then every 3 lvls gives one which forces the player to take all 10 lvls) or like NWN 2 with bonus spells almost every lvl. Not sure what bonus feats the class should get as getting bonus spells is a big advantage if they can manage to make a build with basically lvl 15 spells with only 10 lvls of this and 10 lvls of wizard. Perhaps combat feats with it. OH! And if we get a Non-magical healing class lke a Medic or a Doctor, I will immediately be the first person with Cinos to test that ball of joy out For a medic I'm not entirely sure what you could do to make it viable, perhaps like Drunken Master where it's very dependent on a certain item, Medics would be giving medic only items they use for their abilities like the reintroduction of a medic/doctor only heal kit, along with drugs, herbs, etc that could give the medic and others stat bonuses. Also Medics should be able to revive players with a feat that makes their heal roll go against a DC that is the negative HP of the dead character.

What's wrong with the crusader?

We're not implying removing Crusader. I doubt he is. He's mostly suggesting it cause me and him have been talking about the class in my own personal edits to the Purple Dragon Knight class on WHF. Its an interesting class to look at is all.

I didn't think removing it was the idea implied but the concept of a "knight tank" is exactly what the crusader is, minus the nobility. XD

Crusader and Knight are similar in a few aspects. Anywho. I found a substitute to the "Gunslinger" class idea. Or atleast, an alternative to the idea specifically for mages. www.dandwiki.com/wiki/Gun_Mage_%283.5e_Prestige_Class%29
