I guess I'll jump in on this.  Nubbet- Lyndon, or at the time, 'Blade' (like my old username) was my very first RP character, before this point I've done nothing but forum based RPs and even then I had a real loose grasp on RPing. I kinda just made him the average paladin back then...I don't know why I had something for paladins back then. There's alot of styles I'm missing out on but this was the most memorable and long lasting of the designs in summer of 2007  Blackguard- I eventually got bored of being a paladin and I wanted to go to another thing while still keeping Blade, eventually sparking Blade's fall and new design. This probably is the longest lasting design for 'Blade'. There is a design of Blade after this when he returns to normal but it's not that important and it only lasted 1 week. At that point the RP known as Tales of the Ages fell along with this character as Blade.  Finally in Winter Gear- While Blade had only hints at what his past and only an idea in terms of character, Lyndon took those hints and made them full blown back-story, having probably the most solid planning next to Cinos, and with that came armor that fit his background instead of the idea of 'OMG paladin'. Along with that he's no longer a Paladin. I'm not sure what i was thinking when I included the helmet. This design never hit a server I considered canon to his development though.  Frozen World- After 2 years, in Fall of 2009, Lyndon will finally get a second try as a character after the failed attempts of Mericho and Cinos to make impacts. This design finally adds the helmet I like to consider as Lyndon's 'face' and the sword 'Giant's Bane'. It's the first canon armor (well semi-canon).  Revamp the above- While this design never actually got any use, it is a solid revamp in my opinion of the previous, making it the official design of Lyndon while going through FW. Only design change is the legs and pelvis though.  Today- This is the current design of Lyndon, and I think it's my favorite by far. I feel it says the most about him right now and it fits the body I was kinda wanting in him(the previous design makes him seem...skinny compare to this) I believe this will be his design for a long time. |
