Basically, this is what it would be like of SOTU was some crappy anime. With mary-sue effeminate characters and such.
First the "port" would actually be a floating city surrounded by airships, with wacky inhabitants
The cast would be follow:
Jorian-kun, the main character: He has blue hair and is super bishi. He wears special armor (with belts and zippers) that was given to him by his family. He wields a Buster Scimitar, a huge falchion like scimitar. He would be calm, collected and prone to anime nosebleeds when he sees scary things. Also all women love him. All women. But he doesn't notice
Kybshe-san, the main villian. He has long white hair, feminine features and horns. He runs around and is totally tsundere for Jorian. Wanting to kill the hero of the floating city...but also wanting him from a far. He also wields an oversized scimitar. He has a wacky foul-mouthed Imp that follows him around.
Joss-kun, the hero's sidekick. He is younger and more reckless. He is powerful, but still very young. He wields a giant anime hammer that he pulls from no where. He is habitually stalked by Circe-tan. He is devoted to his faith, and is a champion at airship racing.
Circe-tan, the crazy, perky, bubbly rogue girl. She has long hair and is always harassing Joss-kun. She is however prone to bouts of random anger and tends to chase around someone with a huge stick. She wears insanely slutty clothing. She wields a bow that fires glowing arrows.
Harmony-tan, the funny oh-so-random mysterious stranger that aids the other three. She wears a huge hat that covers her whole face, and tends to enter randomly to give sage advice. She is also a pirate, who has a perverted crew. She wields a rapier and is a master duelist. Dresses slutty too.
