The Province of Erodemius, holy land to some, a blight to others, and a promise of fortune to the rest. These lands were once the grounds of an ancient city so great that even the gods were struck jealous. Now it lies in ruins deep beneath the ground, waiting. Crusaders seek to restore it but a mysterious evil lurks in the shadows, watching. Once good leaders have fallen to corruption cast by this evil. The light isn't safe either. Barbarian tribes openly attack the crusaders, bandits have taken to the roads, and a web of pirates sail the seas. It's up to you to answer the cries for help deep in the secrets of the underworld.
A server vault roleplay server, Secrets of the Underworld, as the name hints at, is a module based around criminal and secret underground worlds such as pirates. Players may participate in DM held events, explore the module, or find secret items and hidden treasure.
While still based off of Forgotten Realms, the module has its own realm with a different set up. For example, the world is called Terral and we focus on a single nation that's simply called the Empire. Additionally, the entire pantheon has been replaced. Deities from FR may still be used, they just hold very little power here.
With regards to server vault, the module uses a lot of local vault elements. Every player will start at level 25 and stay at level 25. There is no in-game leveling, and thusly, little to no grinding exists. Whis isn't WoW, after all. As well, the module offers free, in-game character and item appearance customization.
The module is always under constant construction with continuous changes and add-ons. If you have any ideas, submit them under the Server Discussion Board.
