The monk can substitute one of his attacks per round in order to make a special attack against a single target. He calmly utters "Boot to the head," before attempting to deliver a boot to the targets head. If the next attack is a hit, the monk scores an automatic critical hit and the target must make a fortitude save (DC: 10 + 1/2 Monk's character level + Monk's Wisdom modifier) or be rendered prone for 2d6 rounds.
The target and all creatures within a 30 ft. radius of the target, except for the monk who delivered the blow, gain a temporary +2 bonus to Wisdom.
