No, not THAT kind of advice! 
I was wondering if anyone could help me with a good Ranger build. Here are some things I want, though:
At least 14 STR
At least 14 CON
A pretty decent number of HP
Concentration in dual-wielding
I've been trying to fix up the build for quite some time now, but I'm no good with Rangers (despite how much I love them). Any help, fellas?
It's for Tom Maverick, by the way.
