I plan on continuing the main plot this weekend since that's probably when we'll get the most online. Until then, lots of updates and changes. I'll make a list of what's going to happen. Feel free to add onto this since you all play here too. >.>
Along with fixing that horse issue that Joss experienced, I'd like to add in a ton of treasure filled areas for you guys to raid and plenty of encounters since we're lacking on those.

Most recent changes that were put in:
Updated to CEP 2.2
Put in support for PC guards.
Fixed the issue where if you logged out while mounted, you would be forever stuck to your horse. So feel free to log out while mounted now!
Nearly all NPCs drop gold now.
Added road bandits. Watch out!
Added in Kybshe's Green Goblin Inn to Faucel.
Unlocked Faucel's chapel. I don't know why it was locked before but it isn't now.
NPCs swap between ranged and melee weapons in more appropriate situations now.
Rogue NPCs will automatically go into hide mode if they don't see any nearby PCs so watch out for ambushes.
The tailor models will skip all of the blank head models now.
What I'd like to do next is put in an item namer and have different NPC events related to the time of day. For example, in the evening, we could have some walk into the tavern, sit, and speak with eachother.
